Project Manager – J K Systems
J K Systems, a leading provider of material handling equipment, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team in Nighoje, Pune. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary (₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month) and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Allocate resources and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Ensure timely execution as per contractual requirements.
- Coordinate effectively with design, electrical, mechanical, and procurement teams.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular review meetings to track progress and resolve issues.
- Oversee installation, erection, testing, and commissioning of equipment.
- Ensure adherence to site safety, quality, and compliance standards.
- Monitor project costs and identify/mitigate potential risks.
- Maintain project documentation and present regular status updates.
Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- 3-5+ years of project management experience in material handling equipment manufacturing or heavy industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical assemblies, electrical systems, and industrial installation processes.
- Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD, and ERP systems.
- PMP or equivalent certification (preferred).
- Excellent leadership, planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong client handling and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
