About the Role
As our Production Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of our production process. Your responsibilities will include operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment, ensuring product quality and safety standards, managing inventory, and collaborating with teams on improvements and new mold trials. This is a hands-on position requiring strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
- Assemble, pack, and inspect products according to company guidelines
- Maintain accurate records and manage tool room inventory
- Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with teams on tool improvements and new mold trials
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 5-6+ years of experience in manufacturing or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and physical stamina
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
