Job Overview
We are searching for a skilled 2D/3D Architect to contribute to the design and execution of aesthetically pleasing, functional, and budget-conscious spaces. This role involves conceptualization, detailed drawings, material selection, vendor coordination, site supervision, and client interaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop architectural/interior design concepts and layouts.
- Produce high-quality 2D and 3D drawings using design software.
- Source materials and manage vendor relationships.
- Conduct site visits and oversee construction according to design plans.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in architectural or interior design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-ray, and MS Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of design principles, detailing, and materials.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of ₹25,000 – ₹32,000 per month. This is a full-time position with a 6-day work week (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM).
