Job Responsibilities
- Efficiently deliver grocery orders to customers within designated timeframes.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
- Ensure the safe and timely handling of goods.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate delivery records.
Qualifications
- Valid Aadhar Card and PAN Card.
- Proficient in operating a two-wheeler (bike) and possess a valid driving license (if required).
- Excellent navigation skills and familiarity with Pune’s roads.
- Access to a smartphone is essential for navigation and communication.
- A bank account for salary disbursement.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary ranges from ₹30,000 to ₹65,000 per month depending on location and experience. Many positions offer incentives and some include additional perks like insurance. Flexible shift options are available.
