Assistant HR Manager
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Assistant HR Manager to play a crucial role in managing the full-cycle recruitment process. This involves everything from identifying potential candidates and conducting interviews to advertising openings and performing background checks. Key Responsibilities
- Create and update compelling job descriptions.
- Source and engage candidates through diverse online platforms and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct effective interviews, and administer relevant assessments.
- Advertise job openings strategically on job portals and social media channels.
- Shortlist candidates and collaborate closely with hiring managers to determine future staffing needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 3-6+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or administration.
- Proficiency in using resume databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and demonstrated sound judgment.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 per month, commensurate with experience. This is a full-time position with a six-day work week (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
