Back Office Coordinator – 12 Openings
Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a knack for data management? If so, Asiad Steels invites you to apply for our Back Office Coordinator positions. We’re looking for individuals who are proficient in data entry, possess strong computer skills, and can maintain accuracy under pressure. This is a full-time opportunity with a Monday-Saturday schedule offering excellent career growth prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and accessible data for seamless operations.
- Verify information, identify discrepancies, and implement prompt resolutions.
- Organize and manage both digital and physical records for optimal access.
- Provide administrative support to enhance department efficiency.
- Generate and present reports to internal teams for informed decision-making.
- Handle sensitive data with the utmost confidentiality.
Qualifications
- 12th Pass or equivalent
- 0-6 months of experience in back office or data entry (preferred)
- Typing speed of 30 WPM or greater
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other computer applications
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
