About the Role
As a Grocery Delivery Boy at Blinkit, you will be responsible for efficiently and safely delivering groceries to customers within the Gokul Nagar area. This is a field-based role requiring the use of your own bike or cycle. Excellent customer service and time management skills are crucial.
Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver grocery orders from Blinkit’s fulfillment centers.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and regulations.
- Utilize navigation apps to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Qualifications
- Access to a bike or cycle (preference given to bike riders).
- Smartphone with internet access.
- Valid PAN Card, Aadhar Card, and Bank Account.
- Basic understanding of the Gokul Nagar area is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience is not required (freshers are encouraged to apply).
