Business Development Officer

We are searching for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer to contribute to our expansion in the Gujarat & Rajasthan regions. This role demands a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and proven success in business development within a technical, manufacturing, or supply chain industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively generate leads and identify potential large customers through various channels (networking, social media, internet, references).
• Research potential clients, understanding their business functions, buying capacities, and market trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (purchase managers, production heads, GMs).
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base in Gujarat & Rajasthan.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry developments and competitor activities.
• Generate new Requests for Quotes (RFQs) and negotiate contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
• Promote our digital tools and logistics solutions to enhance service efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal departments (sourcing, logistics) to support the sales process.
• Maintain detailed records and reports on sales activities and progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 5-6 years of experience in sales or business development within a technical, manufacturing, or supply chain environment.
• Proven track record of success in lead generation and new business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Compensation and Benefits

₹40,000 – ₹40,000 per month. (Additional benefits may be discussed during the interview process.)

Working Hours

09:00 AM – 06:30 PM | 6 days a week
