About the Role
As a Cafe Manager at Subway, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurants. You will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee schedules, shifts, and time-off requests.
- Assign duties, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback.
- Resolve customer and employee complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Meet daily sales and production targets.
- Ensure strict adherence to recipes and quality control procedures.
- Prepare and analyze COGS reports.
- Minimize waste and optimize packaging strategies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in the food and beverage service industry.
- Prior experience as a Shift Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong understanding of industry safety standards.
- Proficient in basic software applications (Word, Excel).
- Excellent physical stamina for long hours and occasional heavy lifting.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong leadership abilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of food safety regulations and danger zones.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a QSR environment (e.g., Domino’s, Pizza Hut, Burger King, McDonald’s, KFC).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Inventory management skills.
- Food cost and wastage cost management skills.
- P&L management experience.
Compensation and Benefits
Up to ₹3 LPA + Store Incentives + Accidental Insurance + Food/Food Allowance + Loyalty Bonus (after 18 months)
