About the Role
As a Cluster Manager in our Field Sales team, you will be the face of Kido Enterprises, responsible for driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion within your designated cluster in Pune. This is a field-based role requiring strong client relationship building, sales acumen, and market awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients through proactive field sales efforts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and expand market reach.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless sales execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of experience in field sales or business development (Education sector experience preferred).
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly target-driven and self-motivated individual with a proven track record of success.
