Job Responsibilities
As a CNC Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and operating CNC machines
- Programming and troubleshooting CNC programs
- Maintaining accurate records of production
- Ensuring quality control throughout the production process
- Performing routine maintenance on CNC machines
- Working collaboratively with other team members
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5-6+ years of experience as a CNC Machine Operator
- Proficiency in programming and operating various CNC machines
- Strong understanding of machining processes and quality control
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation and Benefits
