Job Description
As a Collection Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth customer interactions and resolving queries efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Addressing customer queries, resolving concerns, and managing complaints.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and following up as needed.
- Providing customers with accurate information to resolve their issues.
- Meeting performance targets and collaborating with other departments to manage complex issues.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 6-24 months of experience in customer support or telecalling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills and domestic calling.
- Experience with non-voice/chat processes is a plus.
