About the Role
As a Delivery Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our valued customers. You will be responsible for safe transportation, accurate record-keeping, and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with a monthly salary ranging from ₹30,000 to ₹60,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport goods safely and efficiently to designated locations.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and related paperwork.
- Verify delivery details to ensure accurate and complete orders.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods.
- Process payments and issue receipts when required.
- Adhere to all traffic and transportation laws.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Below 10th standard
- 0-6 months of experience in delivery (preferred, but not required)
- Excellent route planning and time management skills
- Strong customer interaction skills
- Possession of a bike, PAN Card, Aadhar Card, and Bank Account is mandatory
