About the Role
As a Swiggy Delivery Executive, you’ll be responsible for efficiently and safely delivering food and grocery orders to customers within your designated area in Pune. This is a field-based role requiring the use of your own two-wheeler.
Responsibilities
- Pick up orders from restaurants and stores.
- Deliver orders to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
- Use navigation apps effectively to optimize delivery routes.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and access to a two-wheeler.
- Smartphone with data access.
- Aadhar card, PAN card, and bank account details.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Prior experience in delivery (0-6 months) is preferred but not required.
