About the Role
As a Delivery Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our clients. You will be responsible for picking up and delivering items according to assigned routes and schedules, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate delivery records. This is a full-time or part-time contract position with opportunities for advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Loading, transporting, and delivering items safely and efficiently.
- Verifying order accuracy before and after delivery.
- Handling cash payments (where applicable).
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving client issues.
- Adhering to all traffic laws and maintaining a clean driving record.
- Completing necessary delivery documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Below 10th standard (Freshers welcome)
- Excellent time management and customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Valid driving license and reliable two-wheeler (preferred)
- Ability to lift and carry packages
