Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain construction equipment and machinery.
- Assist equipment operators, carpenters, and other skilled laborers.
- Prepare construction sites by removing obstacles and hazards.
- Load and unload construction materials.
- Follow supervisor instructions and assist craft workers.
- Participate in on-the-job training and perform site cleanup.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: Below 10th Standard
- 0-2 years of experience in a labor/helper role
- Ability to perform strenuous physical tasks in various weather conditions
- Dependable and punctual
- At least 18 years of age
- Male candidates only
