Responsibilities
As a Factory Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily manufacturing operations
- Managing inventory control and stock-taking procedures
- Ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety regulations
- Supervising a team of warehouse/logistics personnel (if applicable)
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:
- 12th Pass or equivalent
- Technical knowledge (preferred, but not mandatory)
- Experience with inventory control and stock-taking is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- IT or Diploma qualifications are a plus
