Field Executive – Key Responsibilities
- Hiring and coordination of blue-collar manpower/engineers.
- Managing attendance records, stipend disbursal, and query handling.
- Liaising with client HR/personnel departments.
- Proactive attitude and ownership of responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme).
Qualifications
- Graduate degree required.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and own two-wheeler.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Benefits: PF, Insurance, Medical Benefits
Additional Information
- Full-time position.
- 6-day work week, Day Shift.
- Location: Wagholi, Pune.
