Field Sales Representative
We are currently seeking 30 highly energetic and results-oriented Field Sales Representatives to join our team in Ashtapur, Pune. This is a full-time position offering excellent earning potential and the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company’s success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner.
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate sales records.
- Utilize company resources effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (all education levels considered).
- 0-6+ years of experience in field sales (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a bike.
Compensation and Benefits
Monthly salary: ₹35,000 – ₹37,000
Working days: 6 days per week
Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
