Responsibilities and Skills
As a Finance Associate, you will play a crucial role in our day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Banking & Back-Office: Managing and overseeing daily banking transactions and various back-office activities.
- Compliance: Ensuring all financial activities comply with regulatory standards.
- Process Improvement: Collaborating with different teams to streamline operational workflows and enhance customer service.
- Financial Analysis: Performing credit appraisal, balance sheet analysis, and preparing project reports.
- Taxation: Managing Finalization, TDS, and GST.
We are looking for a candidate with strong foundational skills in finance and a willingness to learn. While proficiency in English is a plus, a basic understanding is sufficient. This role is open to both male and female candidates.
