Job Description: HR Executive

As our HR Executive, you will be a key player in managing all aspects of human resources, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and payroll processing. You will also contribute to our social media presence and ensure the smooth operation of administrative tasks. This role requires a highly organized individual with strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing:

  • Posting job openings
  • Screening resumes and conducting interviews
  • Onboarding new employees

Employee Relations:

  • Addressing employee grievances
  • Maintaining a positive work environment

Training & Development:

  • Organizing training sessions and skill development programs

Compliance:

  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws
  • Maintaining accurate employee records

Performance Management:

  • Conducting employee appraisals and providing feedback

Leave & Attendance Management:

  • Tracking employee leaves and attendance

Policy Implementation:

  • Drafting and implementing company policies

Social Media Marketing:

  • Developing and executing social media strategies
  • Creating engaging content
  • Managing paid ad campaigns and analyzing ROI

Administrative Tasks:

  • Office management, document management, vendor management
  • Meeting coordination, travel arrangements, inventory management

Payroll Management:

  • Salary calculation, payroll software handling, statutory deductions
  • Payslip generation, bank transfers, compliance and reporting

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Experience with HRMS and payroll software (Tally, Zoho Payroll, QuickBooks preferred)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of labor laws
