HR Recruiter – 30 Openings
We are currently recruiting for 30 HR Recruiters to support our expanding operations. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary (₹10,000 – ₹40,000 per month + incentives) and comprehensive benefits, including insurance.
Responsibilities
- Design and update job descriptions.
- Source potential candidates through various online channels (social media, StackOverflow, Behance, etc.).
- Craft engaging recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
- Screen resumes and application forms.
- Conduct interviews (phone, video, and in-person).
- Administer assessments (numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests).
- Advertise job openings across multiple platforms.
- Prepare candidate shortlists for hiring managers.
- Extend job offers and address compensation/benefits inquiries.
- Monitor key HR metrics (time-to-fill, time-to-hire, source of hire).
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
- Collaborate with managers to forecast hiring needs.
- Support new hire onboarding.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter (1-3 years).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques.
- Experience with referral programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong judgment and decision-making abilities.
- BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
Additional Details
- Work Schedule: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 6 days a week.
- Location: Magarpatta, Pune (On-site position).
