Responsibilities

• Create and update engaging job descriptions.
• Source and engage potential candidates through online platforms and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and administer relevant assessments.
• Promote job openings effectively on job portals and social media.
• Shortlist qualified candidates and collaborate with hiring managers.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process.
• Conduct background checks on selected candidates.
• Contribute to the overall HR strategy and operations.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or administration.
• Proficient in using resume databases and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and candidate evaluation.
• Sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in computer software applications (e.g., MS Office).
• Knowledge of payroll management (preferred).

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, along with excellent growth opportunities within a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Additional Information

• Full-time position.
• 6-day work week (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
• Location: Wakad, Pune.
