About the Role
As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal system performance and robust security. Simultaneously, you will play a crucial role in our HR department, managing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. This requires a blend of technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security.
- Oversee system performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant HR regulations and policies.
- Conduct performance reviews and implement performance improvement plans.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree or equivalent.
- 5-6+ years of experience in a combined IT Operations and HR role (or equivalent experience in each field).
- Strong technical skills in IT infrastructure management.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR policies, procedures, and compliance.
Benefits
Competitive salary (₹75,000 – ₹95,000 per month), 5-day work week (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
