Job Summary

As Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and team training. This role requires a strong understanding of logistics principles and a proven ability to manage a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the efficient packing and dispatch of orders, maintaining accurate stock records.
• Ensure proper storage of goods in the warehouse, with accurate labeling of all items.
• Conduct quality checks on goods before dispatch.
• Train warehouse staff on safe material handling practices, including hazardous materials.
• Regularly monitor and update inventory levels.
• Collaborate with the freight forwarding team to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of experience in warehouse/logistics management.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, order processing, and packaging procedures.
• Proven ability to manage and train a team.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and systems.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a two-wheeler is preferred.
