Royal Facility Services, a leading provider of facility management solutions, is seeking highly motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Picker/Packers at our Kharadi, Pune facility. This is a full-time night shift position offering a competitive salary and benefits.
About the Role
As a Picker/Packer, you will play a vital role in our warehouse operations, ensuring the accurate and efficient picking, packing, and sorting of goods. Your responsibilities will include:
- Accurately picking orders based on customer orders and warehouse inventory.
- Packaging items securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Sorting and organizing goods within the warehouse to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
Qualifications
- 10th pass or equivalent.
- 6-12 months of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (preferred).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy objects.
- Male candidates only.
Benefits
