Ghatge Logistics Private Limited, a leader in the logistics industry, seeks experienced Quality Inspectors to join our team in Pirangut, Pune. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
About the Role
As a Quality Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and precision of our manufactured components. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough inspections of machined components, fabricated parts, and sheet metal work.
- Applying GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) principles.
- Utilizing various inspection instruments (Vernier Callipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, DFT Meters, Surface Roughness Tester, Trimos).
- Interpreting manufacturing drawings.
- Implementing quality assurance and control procedures.
- Performing precision measurements.
- Conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Working with the SAP QM Module.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 4-6 years of experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in using various inspection instruments.
- Strong understanding of GD&T principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret manufacturing drawings.
