About the Role

As a Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and closing deals. You will utilize a variety of sales techniques, including cold calling, presentations, and door-to-door visits. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations of insurance products.
• Close sales and achieve individual and team targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
• Build and maintain a strong client database.
• Regularly report performance metrics and provide feedback to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using computers and relevant technology.
• Valid driver’s license and own two-wheeler preferred.
