About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in acquiring new clients and driving business growth. You will be responsible for identifying leads, presenting our products and services, negotiating deals, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is a field-based role requiring strong communication, interpersonal, and closing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new business opportunities through various channels.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to potential customers.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth execution of the sales process.
- Prepare engaging presentations to highlight product benefits.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree required.
- 2-6+ years of experience in sales/business development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to close deals and exceed targets.
- Proficiency in lead generation and field sales is a plus.
- Customer-centric approach and strong work ethic.
