Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and cold calling.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to individual client needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, fostering repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on sales performance and gather client feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales or business development (real estate experience preferred).
- Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary ranging from ₹35,000 to ₹67,000 per month, plus attractive incentives based on performance. This is a full-time position with a six-day work week (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM).
