This is a field-based role offering a competitive salary (₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month) and the opportunity to significantly impact our company’s growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and sales prospecting across various industries (logistics, pharmaceuticals, food, agriculture).
• Develop and deliver compelling product presentations showcasing Sub Zero’s superior insulation technology.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, aligning client needs with company capabilities.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and contribute to a robust customer database.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on targeted campaigns and strategies to generate leads and drive conversions.
• Network at industry events and represent the Sub Zero brand.
• Prepare customized proposals and quotations.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in field sales, preferably within the logistics or related industries.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Proven track record of success in lead generation, sales closing, and client relationship management.
• Proficiency in CRM software.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of the temperature-controlled logistics market.
