Telecaller – Drive Our Sales Success

Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales? Eternity Realcon is looking for two talented Telecallers to join our team in Wakad-Tathwade. This role is pivotal in acquiring new clients and achieving our ambitious sales targets. You will be the voice of Eternity Realcon, building relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through various channels.
• Present and promote our real estate offerings effectively.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth sales execution.
• Prepare and deliver engaging presentations highlighting product benefits.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and follow-up diligently.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in sales or business development (all education levels welcome).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-centric approach and strong closing abilities.
• Proficiency in cold calling and convincing techniques (a plus).

What We Offer

• Competitive salary: ₹14,000 – ₹30,000 per month + performance-based incentives.
