About the Role
As an Outbound Telecaller, you will be responsible for generating leads and building relationships with potential clients through outbound calls. You’ll play a key role in expanding our client base and contributing to the overall success of JUST DIAL. This is a full-time, day-shift position offering a competitive salary and the chance to earn attractive incentives.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing JUST DIAL services.
- Qualify leads and generate sales opportunities.
- Effectively communicate product information and address client inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12th-grade education.
- 0-6 months of experience in telesales or telemarketing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi essential).
- Strong convincing and persuasive abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
