Job Overview

As a Telesales Executive, you will be the voice of Yuva Business, connecting with potential clients, explaining our comprehensive training programs, addressing their queries, and converting leads into registrations or appointments. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales skills in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective leads.
• Clearly explain our training programs’ features and benefits.
• Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with interested prospects.
• Maintain an updated database of leads and call statuses.
• Follow up with potential clients via various communication channels (call, SMS, WhatsApp).
• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams.
• Guide clients through the registration process or booking appointments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of telesales or telemarketing experience (experience in education or coaching preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English.
• Confident, positive attitude, and persuasive communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and call tracking systems.
• Target-driven and eager to learn about our training programs.
• Graduate degree or equivalent.
