Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
• Assemble, pack, and inspect products, adhering strictly to company quality guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and manage tool room inventory efficiently.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain high quality standards throughout the production process.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams on tool improvements and new mold trials.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5-6+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Proficiency in inventory control and production scheduling techniques.

Compensation and Benefits
