Ramson Heaters Private Limited, a leader in the heating industry, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Bhosari, Pune. About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of Ramson Heaters, responsible for building strong customer relationships, driving sales, and achieving ambitious targets. This role demands a proactive individual with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Your daily tasks will include visiting customers, explaining product features and benefits, generating leads, negotiating deals, and maintaining accurate sales records.
Responsibilities
- Visit potential and existing customers daily.
- Effectively present and demonstrate Ramson Heaters’ products and services.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Generate leads through various channels.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records.
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in field sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proven ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficiency in using computers.
- Thorough knowledge of the local area.
- Valid driver’s license and own two-wheeler are essential.
- Possession of a PAN Card, Aadhar Card, and Bank Account.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary package of ₹10,000 – ₹75,000 per month, plus attractive incentives based on performance. This is a full-time position with a 6-day work week (9:30 AM – 6:00 PM).
