Job Description
As a VMC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining VMC machines, assembling products, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Operating VMC machines to produce high-quality parts.
- Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting of VMC equipment.
- Following production schedules and meeting deadlines.
- Ensuring quality control throughout the production process.
- Working collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.
- Experience with VMC programming and CAD design is a must.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 6-24 months of experience in a manufacturing environment operating VMC machines.
- Proficiency in VMC programming and CAD design.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of ₹16,000 – ₹22,000 per month, along with comprehensive medical benefits. This is a 6-day work week, day shift position.
