EazyGrad is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Executive to strengthen our digital presence across multiple platforms including Website, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.

📝 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage content calendars for blogs, videos, and social media posts, ensuring timely delivery using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
- Create engaging content copies, captions, and video scripts tailored for each platform (YouTube, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Optimize content for SEO and social reach – including hashtags, thumbnails, tags, and keywords.
- Engage with the community by replying to comments, messages, and FAQs, and manage WhatsApp broadcasts and groups.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR, and follower growth, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine strategies based on analytics and audience behavior.
🎯 Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Up to 1 year of experience in content or social media roles (freshers with strong skills may apply).
- Excellent command of English and Hindi; creative writing is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and scheduling tools.
- Familiarity with Canva, Google Docs, and Sheets; video editing or design skills are a bonus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to maintain a consistent brand voice.
