Key Responsibilities of an Import Export Executive
- Manage goods, pack orders accurately, and maintain detailed records of stocks and storage.
- Oversee safety training for material handlers, ensuring compliance with handling/transporting hazardous materials regulations.
- Identify and dispatch quality goods in a timely manner.
- Ensure the proper and safe storage of all items within the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate labels for all goods, ensuring properties are stored in the correct location.
- Process all receipts promptly and efficiently.
- Prepare Import export documentation
Requirements for Import Export Executive Jobs in Pune
To succeed in this role, candidates need to demonstrate expertise in several key areas.
- Minimum qualification: All Education levels considered with 4-6+ years of experience.
- Proven experience in warehouse and logistics operations.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent time-management abilities.

- Proficiency in Order Processing, Packaging and Sorting and Freight Forwarding
