Key Responsibilities for this MIS Executive Role
This role focuses on data integrity and client communication. The successful candidate will ensure our data reporting is timely, precise, and insightful. The role involves data cleaning, consolidation, classification, and dashboard preparation, ensuring that client reports are accurate, updated, and actionable.
Responsibilities include:
- Clean, validate, and structure large data files.
- Maintain and update internal tracking dashboards.
- Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports for clients and management.
- Identify and escalate data inconsistencies.
- Support in testing automation reports.
- Coordinate with various teams for timely report delivery.
- Maintain clear internal logs and documentation.
Requirements for the MIS Executive Position
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong grasp of data manipulation and reporting. This full-time, hybrid role requires excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Graduate in any stream (preferably BBA, B.Com, BA, or similar).
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS / Data Operations / Reporting / Coordination.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, filters, etc.).
- Strong analytical, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with dashboards, task tracking, or CRM tools preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
