Key Responsibilities for this Operations Executive Role

This Full-Time Operations Executive role based in Pune requires you to handle the following responsibilities:

Order & Warehouse Operations

Handle daily order packaging according to company standards and ensure accurate labeling and timely dispatch. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. Update stock logs diligently.

Delivery Fulfillment (Within Pune City)

Manage local deliveries efficiently, coordinating routes and timelines. Strong communication skills are essential to ensure effective customer communication regarding delivery schedules.

Administrative & Coordination Tasks

Assist with payment collection, petty cash handling, and daily reconciliations. Support purchasing activities and vendor coordination. Maintain accurate operational logs and activity reports.

Offline Marketing & Events

Set up and manage pop-up stalls, flea markets, and promotional events in and around Pune. Interact with customers, conduct sampling, and ensure excellent brand representation.

Production & Digital Support

Assist in product preparation and maintain quality standards. Assist in creating creative content for social media to boost our online presence.

Operations Executive Requirements

To be successful in this Operations Executive role, you should possess the following:

• Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1 to 3 years of work experience, preferably in operations, admin, logistics, or fieldwork.
• A two-wheeler and valid driving license are compulsory.
• Good language proficiency in Marathi and English.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and comfortable with hands-on tasks.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Basic proficiency with mobile apps, WhatsApp, and simple Excel/Google Sheets.
• Comfortable working on weekends during events (compensatory offs will be provided).
• Experience in Data Entry and Inventory Management is a plus.
