• Ability to handle customer objections and obstacles effectively while gathering required information.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and familiarity with internet environments.
• Willingness to work on a 24×7 schedule based on pre-published rosters.
• Understanding of mobile platforms such as Android, Windows, Apple, and Blackberry, as well as home phones, internet, and TVs.
• Good knowledge of telecom plans, including Prepaid, Postpaid, and Service Contracts.
