Field Sales Representative
We are seeking energetic and results-oriented Field Sales Representatives to conduct product market surveys throughout Pune City. This is a crucial role in understanding customer needs and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research and surveys.
- Gather data on customer preferences and needs.
- Maintain accurate records of survey findings.
- Report findings to management.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies.
Qualifications
- 12th Pass or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of field sales experience (preferred, but not required).
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and own motorbike.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Male candidates only.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000
- 5-day work week (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
