Job Description

This exciting role offers a unique blend of sales and marketing responsibilities, providing a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a driven individual. You will play a crucial role in driving our sales growth and enhancing our brand presence in the market.

Sales Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new customers through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Prepare and deliver compelling quotations, proposals, and product presentations.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional post-sale support.
• Conduct thorough follow-ups and effectively negotiate favorable deals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales and customer data using CRM systems.

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective marketing plans and strategies in collaboration with the team.
• Actively participate in promotional activities, events, exhibitions, and product launches.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives (social media, email campaigns, SEO/SEM – experience preferred but not mandatory).
• Collaborate with designers and vendors to create marketing materials (brochures, banners, etc.).
• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above
• 2-4 years of experience in field sales
• Proven track record of success in lead generation and sales target achievement
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge of the local area
• Proficiency in CRM tools (desirable)
