Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing end-to-end support to clients regarding billing, packages, and technical issues.
- Personalizing customer interactions and building strong client relationships.
- Managing productivity effectively and identifying sales opportunities.
- Demonstrating strong attention to detail, ownership, and a willingness to receive feedback.
- Multitasking efficiently across various applications while adhering to compliance measures.
- Collaborating with other support teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Ensuring proper documentation, notification, and follow-up of all incidents.
- Working across multiple support channels (phone, chat, email) as needed.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- Any Graduation
- 0-1 year of experience (Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
- Strong customer service skills and excellent verbal English proficiency
- Proven ability to multitask and utilize different applications and tools
