Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing end-to-end support to clients regarding billing, packages, and technical issues.
  • Personalizing customer interactions and building strong client relationships.
  • Managing productivity effectively and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Demonstrating strong attention to detail, ownership, and a willingness to receive feedback.
  • Multitasking efficiently across various applications while adhering to compliance measures.

Qualifications
