Job Description

As a System Engineer – L2 at Wipro, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional technical support and troubleshooting. You will handle incoming calls, emails, and tickets, resolving issues related to Windows, Outlook, Teams, Citrix, VDI, VPN, and security applications. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to effectively handle irate customers. You will also contribute to creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for various applications and operating systems.
• Answer incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently and empathetically.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors as needed.
• Research and offer solutions to customer inquiries.
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
• Identify and report trends in customer calls to management.
• Create and maintain SOPs for new issues and resolutions.
• Complete call logs and reports accurately.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in technical support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to handle irate customers with professionalism and empathy.
• Technical knowledge in troubleshooting base operating system issues (Windows).
• Experience with troubleshooting applications such as Outlook, Teams, Citrix, VDI, and VPN.
• Familiarity with security applications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
