Responsibilities
- Handle inbound international calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide relevant information.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
- Effectively manage call handling time and meet performance targets.
- Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (12th Pass).
- 0.5 – 3 years of experience in customer support or a telecalling role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
