Job Description: Back Office Coordinator
As a Back Office Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our data management systems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and organizing both physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.
- Collaborating with various teams to resolve data inconsistencies and optimize processes.
- Verifying data accuracy, correcting errors, and promptly identifying irregularities.
- Ensuring data accuracy and accessibility to support smooth operational workflows.
- Generating reports and summaries to inform internal decision-making.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (12th Pass).
- 0-6 years of experience in a back office or data entry role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy rates.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
