Job Description
As a Data Entry Operator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and accessibility of our company’s data. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and organizing physical and digital records.
- Communicating with teams to clarify data inconsistencies and improve processes.
- Verifying data accuracy, correcting errors, and identifying irregularities.
- Generating reports and summaries to support internal decision-making.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 12th Pass or higher education level.
- 0-3 years of experience in data entry or a similar back-office role.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
